Abstract

Equation has introduced the Balance Rate Market Maker (BRMM), a novel Automated Market Maker (AMM) model for perpetual contracts. The enhanced version, Equation v2, refines this algorithm, further improving market-making efficiency and the risk-hedging capabilities for liquidity providers (LPs) while eliminating the Risk Buffer Fund.
